Products can be ordered through the web-store or you can fax or mail orders.

2. Print order form (1 form per person)
3. Complete order form. Item code + size + colour + sleeve length if applicable.
4. Don't forget to attach payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, Cheque or Money Order. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash on delivery(COD).
5. Fax or mail your order to us.

All Blue Care garments carry the BlueCare logo and inlcude GST. Prices are subject to change and colours may vary slightly due to dye lot variations.

We provide FREE delivery within days (some delays can occur with the embroidery process).

NOTE: As packages need to be signed for in order to be traced, please provide a Blue Care address only.
