Ordering instructions

Blue Care uniforms can be purchased in the following ways:

1. Order directly from our online webstore (credit card required)

2. Or, via phone, fax or mail by downloading our order form
    Download and print order forms (1 form per person unless using Blue Care purchase order).
    Complete order form. Item code + size + colour + sleeve length if applicable.
    Payment must be received with orders. We are unable to accept cash on delivery (COD).
    Fax your order to (07) 3390 2312 or mail your order to PO Box 87 Capalaba QLD 4157.
 or;

3. Visit us in person at our showroom at Unit 2, 7 India St, Capalaba Brisbane.

Returns/Exchanges
A postage and handling fee of $10 will  be charged for returns and exchanges.  

Delivery
To enable delivery tracking, please provide a Blue Care address only as packages will need to be signed for.

Management are welcome to contact us to discuss bulk purchasing and fund raising options.

All items carry Blue Care logo & include GST. Prices are subject to change. Colours may vary slightly due to dye lot variations.
