Worksharp will liaise with health and aged care employers about each organisation’s uniform policy. Individual aged care customers can order uniforms via a variety of methods. Uniform orders can be faxed or posted using our order forms. Staff can visit our showroom at Capalaba during business hours or can make an order by telephone. Payment methods include credit card, money order, cheque and cash. Worksharp does not offer ‘cash on delivery’ (COD).  Payment must be received with all orders before orders will be processed.  Tax receipts are issued to individual staff members for each order and are included with garments in delivery satchel bags.  Other clients can order uniforms via email using company purchase order.

Shipping Policy
Uniform orders will usually be processed and despatched within one week (excepting items on backorder from Worksharp suppliers).  Worksharp will notify clients at the time of ordering if the item is on backorder.  

Goods are delivered in individually named opaque waterproof satchels via courier (metropolitan areas) or Australia Post (regional areas).  For organisational security reasons uniforms will only be delivered to the workplace.

Pricing Policy
Worksharp’s pricing policy is aimed at affordability. This has resulted in vastly improved uniform compliance rates for our clients who pay a uniform allowance to staff. We believe that general staff will proudly wear their organisational uniform if they are encouraged to do so through access to reasonably priced, comfortable and practical uniforms.

Pricing for Worksharp items is reviewed annually and price increases will be notified via our website ‘bulletin board’ in advance.  Quotations are valid for 6 months. Prices exclude GST and freight unless otherwise stated.

Privacy Policy

Worksharp is aware of the sensitivity of personal information that is required for sales transactions. Worksharp is required by the Australian Taxation Office to retain records of transactions and consequently maintains secure record keeping practices. Worksharp does not provide any information to any third party other than for legal, taxation and financial audit purposes.  

Refund Policy
Goods for refund must be returned within 14 days.  Uniforms must be returned to Worsharp in original condition and in original packaging including labels. Faulty items can be returned for refund or exchange at no cost using our reply paid mail service . Faulty items require authorisation from Worksharp for return. All other returns and exchanges incur a $10 P&H fee.  

Complaints Policy

Worksharp values and welcomes customer feedback. Our contact details are provided on all written and electronic communication. Complaints are dealt with sensitively and privately by our customer service staff in the first instance. Where the issue has not been satisfactorily resolved, the issue is referred to one of the Directors promptly.
