Complaints Policy
Work sharp values and welcomes customer feedback. Our contact details are provided on all written and electronic communication. Complaints are dealt with sensitively and privately by our customer service staff in the first instance. Where the issue has not been satisfactorily resolved, the issue is referred to one of the Directors promptly.
