Worksharp is required by the Australian Taxation Office to retain records of transactions and consequently maintains secure record keeping practices. Worksharp does not provide any information to any third party other than for legal, taxation and financial audit purposes.  

 

Complaints Policy

Worksharp values and welcomes customer feedback. Our contact details are provided on all written and electronic communication. Complaints are dealt with sensitively and privately by our customer service staff in the first instance. Where the issue has not been satisfactorily resolved, the issue is referred to one of the Directors promptly.
