Orders and shipping
Uniforms are shipped according to each organisation's agreed uniform contract / policy agreement.
Please refer to your organisation's corporate link for ordering and delivery charge information.
Allow min 2 weeks for delivery time unless an 'end of month' (EOM) arrangement is in place.
Worksharp will notify customers at the time of processing the order if the item is on backorder. Customers may choose to wait or opt for an alternate garment choice from approved range.
Failure to remit a complete order or to respond to order queries within 2 weeks may result in order cancellation.
For security reasons all uniforms are delivered to a work address only.
