Returns Policy


Returns & Exchanges 
Please choose carefully as some garments cannot be returned or exchanged once embroidered. These garments will be identified at time of purchase and on invoice. Garments for exchange or refund must be returned unworn and in new condition in original packaging within 14 days. Refunds will be made electronically unless authorised otherwise. All exchanges will incur $10 re-postage and re-handling fee.

Faults
Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded or exchanged at no cost. Faulty or incorrect goods must be returned with 14 days using our Reply Paid address.
All Reply Paid mail service must be authorised prior to sending.
