Returns
Please choose carefully as some garments cannot be returned once embroidered. These garments will be identified at time of purchase and on invoice. Garments for refund must be returned unworn and in new condition in original packaging within 14 days. Refunds will be made electronically unless authorised otherwise. Returns may incur a re-handling and re-stocking fee.

Faults
Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded or exchanged at no cost. Faulty or incorrect goods must be returned with 14 days.
